Cambodian PM Distributes Rice Seeds and Food Aid to Flood-Affected Families in Battambang

AKP Battambang, October 30, 2026 —

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1) addresses the participants while he was presiding over a get-together with residents affected by rain-induced flooding in Battambang province and the distribution of rice seeds and food supplies to them in Romchek 4 village, Sangkat Rattanak, Battambang city this morning.

Rain-induced flooding has affected 88 communes and Sangkats across 14 citis and districts in the province, damaging or affecting a total of 123,072 hectares of rice fields and impacting 58,103 families.
